This DVD features a select group of the Katas of Naha-te. Naha is the principal port city of the old Ryukyu Kingdom. The Kata included are Sanchin, Saiha,Seiunchin, Sanseiru, Shisochin,Seisan, Seipai, Kururunfa, enshi, Suparimpei. In addition the fighting applications are shown after each Kata.
