This footage was taken in the early 1960s and has been totally unedited, as it is the only footage known of this great master of Shito Ryu Karate – Shogo Kuniba. He was a student of Kenwa Mabuni, the founder of Shito Ryu. He also trained with Choki Motobu, Gichin Funakoshi, Shin ken Taira and Shoshin Nagamine.
