The Kiai of a Master
Part One
The Kiai of a Master
By Don Warrener
His Kiai was simple “NOW”! That is it.. that simple.
As a true martial artist, we must learn to “live in the now. This is the only time that matters.” said the Sensei. “You see you cannot change the past, and the future you can only a predict. So what matters is right now. This is the cry of a samurai.
One of the secrets to a samurai’s health is that he wakes up every morning and finds something to laugh about because he realizes that when you laugh your body chemistry changes immediately to being positive. If you wake up and complain find problems again the body chemistry will change to being negative and this negativity has no way of venting itself from the body so it stays inside you. This negativity then becomes uncomfortable feelings first and gradually develops into sickness and disease.
These are but two of the over three hundred lessons and lectures contained in a new book being released by Warrener Entertainment called “Beyond the Physical” written by O’Sensei Richard Kim available world wide on Amazon.com.
The book is aimed at those who are simply tired of doing the same old physical martial arts and they want more. They are tired of attaining yet another useless dan rank with no explanation of what it even means. A new colored belt that no one else has, plus a new title that has no value or meaning and the inheritor of this useless title cannot even pronounce the name correctly.
Kim’s new book is filled with samurai philosophy, psychology and health tips never before taught to the general public. His top students lucky enough to be indoctrinated into this way of thinking have themselves become originals like Peter Urban who coined the phrase “Today Is Now” got the lectures and not only taught them, he lived them.
